Question by cancuksfan: Will it be easy to purchase cigars and alcohol in Costa Rica?
I am going to Costa Rica over Spring break with my school and i am in grade 11. Me and a few friends where planning on drinking smoking some cigars etc. will this be easy to do? will those things be sold to us? If anyone knows that will be a great help.
