Barry Strudwick, co-founder of Del Pacifico at Esterillos in Esterillos Este, Costa Rica, has announced it has been granted the permits to start construction of an 18-Hole Billy Casper designed golf course in early 2008. The Golf Club is a private and exclusive club for Del Pacifico residents and guests for other communities participating through the Master Alliance Program. The clubhouse also includes a fitness center and restaurant.
