First Impressions Are Everything

Nothing in life is perfect – that includes Vacation Homes. However, it is really important to create a great first impression. Unless you do this, you are likely to land up with angry guests who nitpick about everything and eventually cost you money. This article is based on one of our recent experiences where a vacation rental manager for a very expensive property did not have the property completely ready when the guest got there. Guess what happened? Lots of yelling and screaming and nit picking. Since we cannot be perfect, here are some proven tips to makes sure that you can create a great first impression and keep your guest happy.
